Who's leading the conversation?
This visualization below allows you to see the impact that each user has on the current conversation. The top row contains the group of users who have had the most impact, the 2nd row the group of users who have had the 2nd most impact (et cetera). Users with similar impact are grouped together, and the average score of the group is shown to the left of the group. The author of the article is also shown on the left, in their corresponding group. Each user's score is based on the number of comments the user has made plus the number of votes their comments have received. The scores are calculated relative one another, so while their absolute value is not particularly important, their relative difference does indicate a larger difference in impact on the conversation.

Note: Reading about the election today, I noticed two articles that mentioned the % of the Jewish vote garnered by Obama-- one said 76%, the other said 78%. Just sayin'....

Everyone seems to have different expectations of The One. Odd, isn't it? Watch for who is disappointed.

The expectations were indeed unusually high. A lot..of "hope" (plus a good measure of "hype" as well :-)

Probably too much. With excessively high expectations, people are bound to be disappointed. The only way they wouldn't be after all of this-- is if he really eere the Messiah! But-- no mortal can accomplish what some of his more extreme supporters expect. (My guess is that he won't be re-elected).

he seems like he's may really be committed to having a real peace between Israel and the Arabs. But-- even if he is really sincere about this-- and even if he makes it a priority-- my guess is that it won't happen. There are too many factors working against it. Sound negative? Yes-- but its a reality. Not a smart move to raise peoples' expectations about this.

And, I beleive at this point the economy worldwide is in bad shape and will be for a few years. He isn't going to be able to fix it.

Soon I bet some of his supporters will be attacking him with just as much enthusiaism with which attacked Bush! (I wonder-- do they really think he will withdraw 100% of U.S. troops from Iraq-- within a few weeks of taking office? Some of his supporters want-- and expect that).

Dubya still can accomplish quite bit before Dear Leader ascends. I'll watch criticism of Obama and how he and his supporters react. How long before the cowardly race card will be pulled out?

I just checked and indeed, that link is not working. However I went to the site's main page-- it seems the entire site is down-- as least it is now.
