" I attribute my good health almost entirely to my eating habits. I also spend a good amount of time in the gym, though I don't workout nearly as much as I used to. But healthstyle extends to more than just diet and exercise.

Here I've compiled my favorite 30 habits to slow aging and keep you young in more than just your heart.

Some excellent suggestions! Mostly focused on nutrition, but there are others. such as :

Kill your television We all have things we enjoy watching (I’m partial to NBA championship teams), but if it takes up a significant amount of your time each week (>5 hrs) it may be time to reevaluate. How many years of your life do you really want to spend on your couch?

I'm a big fan of green tea-- I drink it throughout the day.

Te research indicates quite a lot of different benefits-- and Ireally like the taste as well. (Plus-- it really does affect mood in a positive way).

At long last I now know why my doctor continues to ask me how I, “… could have done so much damage to a body in a mere 62 years.” After reading all thirty tips I see the error in my ways. They are simple and I’ll post them in hope they may help others.

  1. For starters, I have never moisturized enough and have no idea how to do it. Just imagine my amazement when I read you could find a “professional to determine what type is best for you.”
  2. I raise my eyebrows continually, I didn’t even think about it until this article Not only didn’t I know it will give me forehead lines like the San Andreas Fault, but I now wonder it that is why I needed my heart stents.
  3. Last, but not least, I am not very observant about rule regarding the wearing of sunglasses. I have failed miserably in this area. There were at least three day last week I did not wear my sunglasses around the house and never while watching videos. I don’t know what possessed me to have such blatant disregard for my own health. Perhaps it is a death wish.

I’m not certain what this young lady does for fun. I envision her perpetually home in sunglasses, without TV, hydrating and moisturizing, resting and sleeping, avoiding meat and carbohydrates, and more moisturizing with sun tan lotion obsessing about looking old. I can share her belief that wine does wonders, but she really needs to learn that there is much more to do in life. Maybe she will be happy when she dies and people observe what hydrated skin, white teeth and flawless brow she has. They also might notice the lentil husks and peanut shells all over and the smell of tea wafting from her casket.

Hi, Your seed is great, I have a great anti-aging secret, never consider your self as old. Your a young as you feel. And enjoyed the 30 tips. And the insight of that good looking young lady's other insights as well. Good information from the SF to the East Bay. Thinks again. Its rally nice when you want a tomato that tastes like a tomato is to pick it off the vine in the yard. Have a good day. 30, seems so forever ago.

years ago I traveled to Eurtope, lived in Paris a while. I had a surpise the first time I ate a tomato there-- is was so fragrant, and flavourful!

In the US many fruits and vegetables are no longer bred fro taste, but rather for other things-- to look good for consumers-- and to have a long shelf life.

Not to many years ago you could buy veggies the tasted like veggies. But for the sake of profit and large corporate farms the genetically altered them for harvesting them for production. Now the average veggie tastes like cardboard. As a younger person a few years back I can remember cutting into a tomato and it tasted like some put sugar on it. They were so good and sweet. I have almost gotten that taste on my home grown. Oh I just checked out our book list I have read on many of the topics you listed. Small world. Back to the veggies, If one does not have good soil, one can buy seven gallon use or new planter tubs and with a good mix of garden soil, one can have good veggies at home.

Yup.

All is really takes is the desire to do so!

The 30 tips were great and I bet this young lady will do real well in her life if she keep living by those rules. I however am 55. I grew up in the era of sex, drugs and rock and roll. I had a lot of fun!!! I don't regret one minute. Fortunately I did not spend too much time in the sun so my skin is ok, did not smoke so I am healthy for the most part but I will not give up the few wrinkles that I DO have because I have worked hard for them. How can a person possibly not wrinkle their forehead? No botox or plastic surgery for me. Take it or leave it.

I think its inevitable that people develop wrinkles as they get older. There are things that people can do when they are younger to make them appear later rather than sooner-- but its inevitable. And you can still have wrinkles and be healthy!
