A suspected suicide bomber blew himself up outside a paramilitary police headquarters building in the southern Turkish city of Antalya on Friday, killing himself and wounding several people, according to initial Turkish media reports.

Kurdish separatists, leftwing groups and Islamist militants have carried out bomb attacks in Turkish cities in the past.
