Marilu Henner on today’s Wendy Williams show and had to post a blog. Although this show was a repeat, today was the first time I saw it and I almost fell off my chair when the “svelte” Marilu walked out onto the stage!! She looked amazingly healthy and in perfect shape. She proudly announced her age (60 years old) stating that “this is what giving up meat and dairy could do.”
